the hotel in general very good, the food good, the drinks are watery they do not know anything. very bad communication there is no way to communicate with hotel staff, at least with so much current technology should have something on hand to translate at once. in general good except I repeat that it was difficult for me to communicate.

The check in process could use some improvements. I felt like the ladies at the front are told to say “the football team has to check out, then we have to clean the rooms, before you can get your keys.” We paid ALOT of money and I would’ve been so mad if our room hadn’t have been ready at 3. The room was clean, property was well kept, staff was friendly. I loved location and decor. All of the staff were engaging and pleasant. Parking out front is a bit sparse. The pillows are way too soft...need to clump three together to have the support of single regular pillow.

Hilton really? The pool and hottub were under construction the whole 5 days. They charged $10 for breakfast which wasn't any better than a regular continental breakfast. The furniture was a little outdated and the WiFi was very unreliable. Not what I expected from a Hilton by far.
only complaint was that breakfast was not included, cost $10. We walked a short distance to Early Edition Restaura, Steak and eggs for $11, well worth the walk.
