Great, When it works...But ultimately not worth the headache.
I have had this printer now for about 2.5 years, and it has been a thorn in our sides the entire time. It is great when it works.
However, the majority of the time it won't connect to any device that it says it's connected to, which results in us needing to reset all the settings; this is quite a pain in the ass as the touchscreen on the device is barely large enough for fingers and the input sensitivity is almost non-existent. It has never allowed us to be connected to more than one device at once, which means I can't print a document from my office while my husband is scanning from his. It for some reason (by default according to the Amazon page) did not come with cables so getting it set up in the first place was tricky and required googling because there wasn't enough information on the "quick guide" that came with it. Since that says to plug in the USB cord (the one it doesn't come with) to your computer.
When it decides to work properly, it prints quick and beautifully. In the 2.5 years I have had it, I've yet to replace any of the toner as far as I can remember. I don't print a large quantity, what it came with seems to be a good amount, and it takes forever to go through.
I had spent quite some time researching laser printers prior to ordering this one, and at the time, this had some of the best reviews for the lower end price range laser printers. I however would not recommend it at this point, there are much better options available now, and the price definitely is not worth the headache or what you get. I've had super cheap inkjets that out perform this, which is really disappointing.
As a very patient tech savvy individual I don't think I have ever dealt with a more infuriating non- user friendly interface. I can't imagine someone navigating setup on this device that had no technological knowledge.
