Fast Setup The printer I first received, the black toner did not print. I did the online tech support and after switching toner cartridges, we determined that it was actually the LED bar that was not working. This was around 16:30 on a Friday afternoon. Tech support said they would send a new printer. It arrived at 9:30 on Monday morning. Talk about fast! I was very impressed with Brother's customer service! Good printer! Good price. Be ready to buy FULL toners cuz one with the new printer are pretty small amount so far so good! Easy set up, good print. I ordered this unit thinking I don't want to order toner NOW as I want to make sure it is as I expected and like speed, quality, etc. It makes about 100 black copies before the toner it comes with is OUT

Great Printer, Great Investment I've never purchased a laser jet but, it's worth it! This one prints quickly (after it warms/wakes up), easy to set up on my Mac OS and iPhone. I love that you can scan to your computer or to a Cloud. It won't be used all the time but, put in the investment if you want to save money on ink.
Slow on first page Happy so far. Print quality is good. Only complaint after a month is it is a bit slow on first page of a document, but other than that really happy.
