Pretty good. Box a bit banged but packaging overcame that. Disappointed in the software that is difficult to get right. We'll see how long the demo toner lasts.

I am very happy with my purchase of this laser printer! I bought it to replace an older model Brother laser printer that I'd had for almost 20 years. The old printer still worked but it was no longer able to provide adequate detail for smaller fonts. This printer has a smaller footprint than my old printer which is nice. Easy to set up, a lot of printing per cartridge.
Set up was a breeze. Set up the Wifi printing and printed from my phone and my computer and a computer downstairs. Left it sitting for months without use and then used it one day and it printed just fine. If you're familiar with the downfalls of printers, you know these things don't always work that great. I am happy with it so far.
Instructions to connect wifi settings, are difficult.

I was looking for something ideal for a small office space but could compete with the larger versions. This is perfect! Fast printing speed, arrived quickly, no complaints at all. Excellent for what I needed it for, printing large files.
Great price, very easy set-up, great performance. Brother printers have been very reliable for me.
We were looking for a printer as a back up that was only black print - we have a color printer but sometimes struggle with ink issues and then we are outta luck if we cant print waiting for the ink. This is an inexpensive and reliable purchase that we are happy with. We purchased it on line and it came the next day. The toner cartridge was included but we bought an extra as back up. The print is good but not super crisp. But I am not complaining about the print at all - we are very pleased and would recommend this product.
