Solid Workhorse Rock solid printer. No frills and no hiccups. Plug and play from both PC and Mac as well as AirPrint. I have used his older brother for 3 year of hard labor. I have no qualms about buying another Brother and no hesitation about recommending it.

It is working great. This is the second Brother printer I've owned ... It is working great. This is the second Brother printer I've owned and I am hoping this one does as well as the first one.
Great print quality and speed An upgrade from a previous model of about 5 or more years. This one also appears to be a solid buy. Can't say enough about the small footprint, great print quality and speed, other upgrades and a lot of bang for the buck.

Great for printing anything (besides large amounts of items from the aux tray) Pros: - Cost effective - Prints crisply - Easy to get up and running Cons: - Can't print large amounts of envelopes quickly Beware of overheating when printing envelopes. I was trying to print 300 envelopes and every 10-20 it would stop for a few minutes to cool down.
Highly recommended Have use Brother monochrome laser printers for years in my legal business. I recommend them because they can use high volume toner cartridges which I get from a reputable supplier with good non-brand name products at an extremely reasonable price. I print out a lot of documents, legal research materials, etc. and don't like spending excessive quantities of money on high cost toner cartridges from traditional office supply stores.
