It is quite and produces excellent quality. (You must use a genuine Brother toner ... Fast, consistent and reliable. I print thousands of pages at a time with my business. It is quite and produces excellent quality. (You must use a genuine Brother toner cartridge to get the quality though. I have tried other toner refills and the quality was terrible. )

They have been using them and they say this is the best printer and very efficient and easy to use Bought two of these for the prison system and donated. Chose to upgrade and am glad I did I had the predecessor to this unit and it was a great printer. It lasted 11 years. Rather than buy a $200 drum for it I chose to upgrade to this printer. It is very much like the previous one only much faster. A tad bit bigger which isn't a problem. I highly recommend it !
