Excellent monochrome printer!! This is an excellent monochrome laser printer. It is network-ready and usb ready, your choice. It prints rapidly and in one-sided or duplex. It replaces a 1997 vintage Laserjet 6MP. I hope it lasts as long!
Works like a beast This thing is always printing out books worth of stuff and I hardly ever have to change the toner. It's good stuff. It has only jammed three times during the year we've had it, and that is VERY good.
Excellent I have a home base business and use two printers. This is my main workhorse and I particularly like it since they finally designed it to accommodate a full ream of paper (500 sheets) instead of a puny 250. It's advertised as a 'business printer' so at least 500 sheet capacity makes sense. It has worked flawlessly so far .

If printing multiple sheets, must use Brother Toner only I use the HL-L5200DW to print legal double-sided order forms in batches of 100. I tried using aftermarket toner. Pages 1-5 would print OK, but after that the toner would not stick to the page. As soon as I switched over to the Brother toner cartridge, and cleaned everything well with compressed air to remove all the old toner, I achieved excellent printing results with no blemishes. Brother Monochrome Printer I wish they made it in color. prints great no issues, the drums seem to last forever for how much I need for my college classes. love the fact it has wifi capabilities
