I bought this printer based on the reviews. When trying to set it up for the first time, there was an instant error/jam message to check the printer. After not being able to fix my brand new printer, I went out to Office Max and found another Brother printer HL-L6200DW which is just like this one but bigger (and wasn’t as expensive). Beware ... It will stop printing when it decides you need toner ... Brother will not help
Technically, this is an excellent printer. I have used Brothers printers for 20 years and have found them to b e the best.
Also, in the past, Tech support has been excellent. BUT - things have changed.

Fast, reasonable quite, nice print
Great machine. Would be better with Appletalk as we have PC, apple and Androids printing
Excellent printing
Pros: -Pretty reliable
-Excellent print quality
Cons: -Its a power hog, keeps tripping my UPS when the printer turns on to print.
-replacing a print drum is almost as expensive as a new printer.
Overall Review: Have been using Brother laser printers for about 10 years and will continue to do so. Replacement part expense is probably typical of most other laser printers as well.
