My first printer that will do two-sided printing. This printer was purchased to replace the printer that I bought when my daughter was in high school. She is going to be 35 in two months (How'd that happen?). The original was also a Brother - and a real soldier - surviving all the printing of my wife and I and two children through college. Great Finding a good printer is always a wonderful feeling. Having one that easily connects and prints when you need it to is a must and this one does that. Nice quality printing and makes our lives much easier.

works well This was a replacement for another Brother printer that needed a new fuser assembly. I chose to put the money toward a new printer instead. It works as well as my previous Brother printer.
Wonky wifi but Prints great.. Old Post 1 Star: Absolutely horrible experience with the WLAN (wireless connection). Takes forever to get connected to the network, (manually press the up button 1million times to enter your network key/password). Then while connected, and awake, it prints when it wants and doesn’t print when it doesn’t want (hope of this is resolved by “enable wifi = on” the WLAN). Then while you’re troubleshooting, it falls into “sleep” mode and sometimes “deep sleep” mode.. I have no idea what the difference ... read more

Boss printer No bs with the wireless. Works immediately. Very pleased and will never buy HP again!
