good printer Works really well. the only issue is that occasionally the printed papers has some black smudges on the. Not a big issue mostly. I love the 500 sheet capacity

Great until Great printer. Works fast, holds a lot of paper, has many features......that is until it start burning up. this is the second printer and it smells like it's going to catch on fire.

Great Printer! For someone who had the luxury of working in an office where everything was done for them, basic setup was surprisingly good. I had to obtain assistance from your helpdesk for a certain area I was not familiar with. The person assisting me was very patient and was of great help!

Toner rejection issue I was suffering an issue after replacing the toner cartridge. The computer refused to recognize the new cartridge. I could not get the printer to reset. "Please replace the toner" message was resistent to the reset method that was provided with the new Brother cartridge. I was able to work with a virtual assistant. The problem was resolved and the online help emailed a message with the detailed procedure that was not provided with the new cartridge. Thank you for being there to help!

Happy with our new Printer... We are quite happy with our new printer. We purchased a second tray to use the back side of waste paper. We did have a little trouble getting the system to work, but we persevered and finally got it going. Print is very sharp, and the printer is really fast. It takes some care to set the options you want each time you print, but it is worth it.

Work Horse Printer This printer kicks out pages really fast and the toner is economical. This is the second one of this model I have owned. I could have just bought a new drum, but for a little more money, I got an entirely new printer which Staples price matched.
