Very satisfied. Printer is easy to install and print quality is great. It has been in service in a high volume wholesale/retail environment for about a month with no hiccups. For the price it is hard to beat, in fact I bought 4 more of them.

It's OK - Strong points but deep flaws I've had this printer now for about a year (actually, I've had the original plus 2 warranty replacements in that year...) It's OK. Somethings are really good, some are not. Pros: 1. It holds a full ream of paper. It's very hard to find any other printer under $1000 that holds more than 250 sheets. 2. It's fast.
