Rocky start, but strong finish. Generally speaking, I'm a strong supporter of Brother products. Replaced an old, much appreciated 6180DW that died with the newer HLL6200DW. It would not print right out of the box. Much time spent with consumer level troubleshooting, to no avail. Connected with first level phone technology assistance, with no better an outcome.
