Run like Hell from these people - Minus Star is how I rate this company... We own a couple houses on one lot. They constantly deliver and bill the wrong tenant. One time we got stuck paying for it, and we did not request the fill. OMG run like hell from theses people !
in this day and age where competetion is so stiff its amazing to me how your company stays alive. i still have to call for delivery as opposed to being on a schedule and i continue to question the amount you charge as you gouge the homeowner vs the spot rate that others quote

Utterly Appalling! I just read these other posts as I was looking for a way to vent about the worst company I've ever done business with in my entire life. It takes a lot to motivate me to go out of my way to do something this, but HOCON managed to motivate me. This is a first for any company. Congratulations.
