terrible I switched to Hocon early this year for propane delivery. We have had 2 major storms. In both storms Hocon failed to deliver propane within a reasonable period of time. Crooks, liars and thieves My latest experience with Hocon takes the cake. We have 2 tanks, one for our home hot water heater and one for our pool. Never Recommend I would never do business with this company ever again. I put 500.00 deposit down. Canceled service back in Nov 2010. Still nothing I report these people to the BBB. Hopefully they can help.

The office staff in Guilford is rude and won't return your phone calls. HORRIBLE COMPANY horrible company and business practices. i was told that they require a $200 deposit for renters despite the fact that it would only use around $10 a month for cooking gas. I figured this is because they charge you $60 dollars to CLOSE an account. Thats right... just to close your account a freakin fee. how insane is that?
