I just recently purchased anthor vehicle from Hogan Chevrolet and as always I have exceptional service from everyone that's involved in the transaction, but this time I must thank Joe for going above and beyond! I had left something with sentimental value to me in my trade in truck, Joe was quick to respond and even FedEx'd the braclet my daughter made for me. I recieved it the next day! A few weeks ago my engine light had come on my new 2022 Buick encore, I brought my car to the dealership where I purchased my car and service advisor Anup Gajjar scanned the vehicle and advised I needed a new emissions purge pump which he had to order as the part had to come in from the states. Anup was excellent in keeping me informed as to when the part would be coming in as it was on back order. Tried out their platinum detailing package. Overall very satisfied. A few things that they could improve on though is making sure there are no water spots when drying the vehicle, there is a left smudge on my right side view mirror, also it seems whatever chemical was used to clean the engine bay left some damage or residue on certain rubber components like the air intake tube and some other rubber components.
