"Bad costumer service" My car had been three times for the same problem and every time they were disconnecting my DVD one by one and that was not problem. Ever time i was going there ,I told hem the problem are not the DVD.They broke all my DVD and never fixed them and finally after i complained to GM they found the problem and fixed the car. "Service dept " Had my car for a month...Returned with some items not even fixed???, charged me hundreds of dollars and won't even clarify what I paid for. Never returned called or gave updates. -Multiple unrepaired issues on pickup, after a month in the shop -Say someone will call you and they don't . "2012 Dodge Grand Caravan sold by Hogan " I purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T from hogan Chevrolet back in June 2016. Well yesterday on my birthday I woke up to my transmission being blown. I took it into hogan and they said they would look at my vehicle free of charge. They then diagnosed my vehicle for sure with a blown transmission and that they wouldn't do anything to fix it as I didn't purchase the extended warranty .
