Highly recommend holding roofing.. Our salesperson Brandon was always available and helped us out a lot on our out of Pocket. He worked with the insurance for us and it was a very hassle-free process . It was nice to get a lot of the money back that we've put into the insurance company for a long time . Brandon was very helpful, and walked us through the whole process. He was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns. The crew that completed the re-roofing arrived bright and early on the scheduled date, and completed the job by mid afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves when done, and the roof looks great.
Our contact Kody, was amazing! He walked us through all the details & went to bat for us after Allstate initially agreed on only a repair. We had used another company in my filing a claim with my insurance, but had not contracted for that company to proceed. We feel blessed that Kody came along when he did to secure a complete roof replacement, gutter & downspouts, plus other repairs. We highly recommend Holden !!
