We worked with Layth Gaston at Holden Roofing for our beautiful new roof after some hail damage. He did a great job working with our insurance through the claims process. I have to say that Al Cisneros had been really a big help on our process to get our claim approved with All State to replace our roof, we had not got the final decision yet but just the fact of knowing that he is taking the time to keep in touch with the adjuster and to fulfill the requirements the insurance company is asking means a lot to us. I appreciated his work and time. Feeling confident that we will obtain good results.

We were a bit skeptical at getting our roof replaced at first. Until we met Jordan! He helped us file the claim, met the insurance adjuster and made sure to walk the roof with them. At first the USAA adjuster stated we did not have enough storm damage to warrant a new roof. Although we were stressed, Jordan comforted us and assured he would not stop trying until our roof got approved. Jordan Culleton of Holden Roofing did a tremendous job replacing our roof after a recent significant early spring storm in San Marcos.
