The September 2023 hail storm damaged our house in several areas; not only the roof, but dinged up the garage door badly; damaged the wood columns on the house, the screens, trim around the windows, the gutters/downspouts, even the fence were all damaged. We are very pleased with Holden Roofing, especially Erik Hastings. I had given up on getting our insurance to cover any of our storm damage, but Erik inspected the roof and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to get it approved. Erik went above and beyond on this whole job (he even drove to another town to get samples of the new shingles we were considering so we could see them in person!) They did a great job, when the insurance said there wasn’t more damage than the deductible amount Cameron made sure the second time they came out he took his time reviewing the damages in real time and got us paid on the claim, the materials took about a week to come in and the roof was completed within days after materials were dropped. The insurance surely dragged their feet but Holden Roofing didn’t!

Jordan was persistent in identifying the problem areas such as damaged gutters as well as the extent of damage to the roofing. The crew was efficient and careful about reroofing and removing used material from the premises which had to be very difficult in the extreme heat.
