She did more than sell me a new roof! She educated me on the process from point A to Z, was my advocate when dealing with the insurance company, and provided the most professional and efficient crew who got the job done in a day and a half. Construction is never a pleasant process, but I can say with all certainty that this was the most stress-free experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend not only Holden Roofing, but especially Taylor Fountain!

Do yourself a favor and call Jonathan Lourigan from Holden Roofing. 512-774-9309. I had a young lady come to my door to set a free inspection. I don’t like interruptions at home and there had been several rude roofing companies that had already been by. I agreed to have an inspection. Jonathan Lourigan came by to do the inspection. He surprised me because he was honest and approachable. I qualified for a roof. He came for three inspections and then the insurance company wanted an engineer to inspect. Jonathan came for that as well. The worn was excellent. I have given his number to family and colleagues. Really I never thought I would write a review but this is different. The good guys should get a chance. The company is local and Jonathan is the kind of man you want to do business with. Sharon Jonse.

A young lady came to my door asking if she could set up a free inspection on my roof. Her approach wasn’t pushy in anyway, refreshing. We had some storms and there had been roofing people in my neighborhood. Pushy with a capital P. Jonathan Lourigan came out from Holden roofing and he did an inspection. I think that I might have been rude,I am a hard sell. Jonathan was honest and approachable. He answered every question I had. He helped with not one adjuster’s appointment but three. The insurance company didn’t want to pay for a roof and they even set up an engineer to do an inspection. Jonathan showed up for that as well. The work done was excellent. He followed up on everything. He came by when the work was done and afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied. His team did the roof In one day! I am so satisfied that I had family call to get roofs work done as well as several colleagues. I have never written a review from a contractor, I have never been that satisfied. am not good at writing these kind of letters
