Just got a gorgeous new roof from Holden. We could not have been more thrilled with the process from beginning to end!  Jordan Smothermon was our consultant and he was with us every step of the way! He has gone above and beyond to ensure we were happy and well taken care of, from the color selection to the quality of the work!!! Holden Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof which we upgraded to a Certainteed presidential shake class 3 shingle- it looks amazing!! We have relied on Holden Roofing twice due to the tremendous professionalism and attention to detail by Tim Carr-none are better! He conducted several quality checks, made solid and valid recommendations plus he took the burden off of our shoulders in dealing with our insurance company. John Winn has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process: from helping me file an insurance claim, supporting me during roof inspection by insurance company, till roof and gutter installation, all the way to the final review and payments. John is very professional, thorough, honest, and approachable, which gave me a piece of mind and made the entire experience positive. John Winn was our salesman. He was upfront honest and very informative. He gave us time to think it over and we never felt pressured. We knew there would be a delay due to materials however once they were available the work got done promptly. The crew worked their butts off in the hot summer sun.
