We appreciated Tim Carr. He helped us navigate a bumpy road with Allstate. Tim was right there every step of the way. His help was invaluable. I would not have known how to deal with the situation. Tim also worked with Lone Star patio with those repairs. Something else we didn’t have to deal with. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our new roof looks great. You have a good team. I was working in my garage when Tim Carr walked up. I knew roofers were in the neighborhood. I was trapped, unable to hide behind my Ring doorbell. He introduced himself and handed me a card. He had great experience and walked our roof for a long time in the hot sun and inspected details very carefully.
