John Winn has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process: from helping me file an insurance claim, supporting me during roof inspection by insurance company, till roof and gutter installation, all the way to the final review and payments. John is very professional, thorough, honest, and approachable, which gave me a piece of mind and made the entire experience positive. John Winn was our salesman. He was upfront honest and very informative. He gave us time to think it over and we never felt pressured. We knew there would be a delay due to materials however once they were available the work got done promptly. The crew worked their butts off in the hot summer sun. Our roof was damaged by hail in early 2024. A Holden representative who lived nearby and who's own roof was damaged stopped by and offered to inspect the roof. He found damage and coordinated with the insurance company to handle that end of things. Our Project Manager David S. was great. I recently had all the vents replaced on my roof. Michael Mancilla with Holden Roofing was absolutely AMAZING!! He walked me through the process from the quote to the proper vent installation. He was always available and very kind. He even help get quotes for the interior damage . I would highly recommend Michael and Holden Roofing anytime. I can’t say enough good things about Raul and Holden Roofing! I had my insurance claim denied twice, and I was starting to lose hope. A friend referred me over to Raul and I’m so grateful they did! A good experience working with Eric to get my roof replaced. From working with my insurance adjustor through the whole process was made easier with his help. The roofing crew was outstanding completing the job at the house. Would recommend and use again.
