Michael Mancilla first came out to look at my roof and found multiple issues with the condition of it after a major storm. Well, the insurance adjuster didn’t think it was as bad and wasn’t going to allow me to make my claim. Michael contacted him and showed him the picture he took and was able to get my claim approved. Paul Beam took great care of us. He met the insurance claims assessor on-site and walked through the roof and gutter damage found. He also provided great after sales service in thoroughly inspecting the job when complete and doing a follow nail sweep of the property. Holden Roofing helped us secure insurance coverage for our recent hail damage after our claim had been denied by submissions from two prior companies. Paul Beam patiently answered all our questions and led through the steps to successfully secure the roof replacement we needed. The replacement was done in one day and clean up was impeccable.
Michael Mancilla did a great job explaining the process, checking with me to make sure work was done to my satisfaction, followed up on every step, helped communicate with the insurance company.
