We appreciated Tim Carr. He helped us navigate a bumpy road with Allstate. Tim was right there every step of the way. His help was invaluable. I would not have known how to deal with the situation. Tim also worked with Lone Star patio with those repairs. Something else we didn’t have to deal with. We couldn’t be more pleased. Our new roof looks great. You have a good team. I will recommend Holden roofing any chance I get. Thank you.

I was working in my garage when Tim Carr walked up. I knew roofers were in the neighborhood. I was trapped, unable to hide behind my Ring doorbell. He introduced himself and handed me a card. There was a picture of his (then) fiancé on the card. I liked that. He started telling me Holden family business story and I liked that but my intentions were to say thanks but no thanks. Holden roofing was very knowledgeable and took time to explain his ideas and thoughts very thoroughly. He had great experience and walked our roof for a long time in the hot sun and inspected details very carefully. From the very beginning Holden Roofing has impressed me! Tim Carr was my point of contact and he was here immediately following the hail and wind storm to assess damages and make sure my roof was covered to prevent further loss! Raul Lara and his crew did an incredible job at my lake house on LBJ. I was concerned that I would find nails or a small amount of debris around my lake house and was concerned someone would step on a nail. I was mistaken; not one nail or scrap of trash was left behind. They performed above and beyond my expectations.

Tim Carr with Holden Roofing was outstanding. He was recommended by a friend, and I've since recommended Tim to three other friends of mine. Tim is just a total professional. Up front, on time, always giving you a heads-up about what's coming next. After we reported hail damage to our roof to USAA, they sent out an adjuster who denied the claim. But Tim got USAA to send out another adjuster who took a closer look at the damage and approved the claim. We were thoroughly impressed.
