I was very pleased with Chelsea Montgomery’s communication and performance from the beginning of the roof inspection and throughout the whole process until the job was completed. She followed up on every aspect of the job from keeping me abreast of the process, cleaning up nails, to every issue that I brought up to her she took car of it. The approach to acquire your business is top notch. You feel like Kyle and the crew is really looking out for you. And then it changes. I should have requested invoices of their jobs before I signed the contract. You are stuck keeping them or you can pay $750 to go with another company.  A job was scheduled and that is when I was advised that my entire pergola wasn’t going to be power washed and stained. Hire these guys if you hate your neighbors.  They left more than a dozen roofing caps with exposed rusty staples in my yard, plus tons of shredded black plastic on my arbor and in my grass. My dog brought me one of these sharp roofing caps, if he had cut himself I’d do much more than write a review.  Try Summit roofing or honestly anyone else.

I should have been hesitant to hire Holden Roofing when they gave me an estimate and wanted me to sign a contract stating that if I didn't hire them, I would be obligated to pay them $500.00 for the estimate. They gave me an estimate of $32,536.00, but when the work was completed, they sent me an additional bill for $3,502.99, for what I don't know. They had promised under the original estimate that they would replace the screens, the chimney cover, paint the chimney, paint the back fence, and reimburse me for the awnings ... read more

I was about to give up. My insurance company sent out their own inspector who spent only 5 minutes on my roof and sent back the information to the company. I was told there was very little damage. How could this be? Jason Lourigan, with Holden was next door and I asked him if he could check my roof. He was up on the roof for at least 40 minutes taking pictures and doing a thorough inspection. He sent these to the inspector and the insurance company apologized and realized their inspector had missed many things and failed ... read more
