He met with our insurance adjuster, helped us to select high-grade shingles from Owens Corning in the correct color for our neighborhood, and inspected the finished roof to ensure that it was done correctly. We have an awesome new roof installed by Holden Roofing. We can not say enough good things about the attention to detail and fighting spirit from Jonathan Lourigan. We experienced roof damage from a hail storm and our insurance company (State Farm) denied the claim. Holden did a great job on the roof and Jonathan was excellent navigating to reverse the denial He is the best.
Close to perfect. Austin Bridges was great to deal with. Had one employee problem that caused me some trouble but they worked hard to fix it. The Owens Corning Duration Series Brownwood Shingle roof looks great. Had a small leak problem which crew lead Raul quickly addressed. The job took about a day and a half, and they did a great job of cleaning up the unavoidable mess. They also did some chimney repair that I didn't expect. Very pleased.
