Scott was timely, efficient and especially pro-active with the insurance adjuster. He made several trips 'roof-side" with the insurance adjuster marking all the damage locations affirming there were at least 10

James Buckaloo with Holden Roofing San Antonio managed the job very well. The stimulus loan was more complicated than originally presented. The subcontractor was questionable. Overall a good job.

Adam is an outstanding representative for Holden. A roof claim like ours is a complex process and Adam walked us through every step making everything effortless and worry free. We dreaded having to re-roof but now that its complete we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. Its not an exaggeration to say that Adam made that entire outcome possible

They did a wonder full job and were very quick with the work. Once every thing was done they did a great job cleaning up and there was no mess around my yard. Working with Matt Makowski was great as well, answered all my question and kept me up to date on schedule of when the work would start.

Peter at Holden was terrific, a true subject matter expert with excellent customer service and genuine care of advising me through the process. We had my insurance return with an adjuster multiple times to walk through the assessment that Holden had initially found in there first take, to finally educate the insurance company enough that they finally agreed to total my roof. I took the advice from Peter, not to settle for a quick resolution by the insurance company without feeling that they have done their full due diligence... read more
