It was a great experience. Even when we ran into a slowdown with USAA, Juan Hernandez helped me work through the claim process and got everything done. The Owens Corning shingles look great and I am really pleased.

From the very first meeting with John Jurney, I was impressed with his professionalism. When the crew showed up to begin the work, they were on-time, worked non-stop the first day until it was dark.
