Our experience with Holden started with a prompt and courteous meeting with salesman Brandon Quarles. He identified the damaged areas of the roof and gutters, explained the claim process, and was onsite with our insurance adjuster - and helped interpret the insurance-ese so we felt comfortable through the process. Brandon told us the crew would be onsite at 7 am, and by 7:05 there were guys on the roof! Sure wish other service companies were as reliable and punctual. Jose Morales was excellent through out the entire process. His professionalism and kindness is what stuck out to me the most, I feel like I made a friend. The wife and I are extremely happy with the new roof, it looks great.

Jose Morales with Holden Roofing was incredible to work with during my roof replacement. He was professional, on time, and extremely communicative throughout the whole process. If anything did not meet his high level of satisfaction (or my own) he had someone out ASAP to fix it and I am truly thankful for all of his help.
