Ashley Silkman is one of the best salesperson we’ve ever had the privilege of meeting and doing business with. Our experience with Holden started with a prompt and courteous meeting with salesman Brandon Quarles. He identified the damaged areas of the roof and gutters, explained the claim process, and was onsite with our insurance adjuster - and helped interpret the insurance-ese so we felt comfortable through the process. Brandon told us the crew would be onsite at 7 am, and by 7:05 there were guys on the roof! Sure wish other service companies were as reliable and punctual.
