I joined Holidays Lounge 16 months ago but was unable to take advantage of my benefits due to work, health and family issues. I needed someone to refresh me on my benefits. I had the pleasure of contacting my account manager, Gabriela Poche. Gabriea proceded to explain all of my benefits in detail and she answered all my questions on how to use them. I am satisfied so far. Cost may be a bit in the higher end but service is good. Never had any issues in destination or flights.
