RecommendedI called VETSS this morning after my French Bulldog Artemis started showing signs of severe nerve pain & muscle tension which was causing her breathing issues. VETSS got us in within 20 minutes of arriving to their location. Even though Artemis was showing limited symptoms by the time we arrived, Dr Boyd was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make X-ray & medication recommendations and we were on our way in less than 2 hours. I had to take my 3 month old puppy in last week due to him retching consistently, extremely soft stool, lethargic and shivering. I was so concerned and scared because I didn’t know why he was suddenly severely sick. Molly was so comforting on the phone and helped me in various ways. From her soothing tone to being my nighttime navigator. Dr. McKenna was extremely patient and took his time to explain everything to me. My poor dog broke her canine tooth, and actually a few others due to a bone. Vetss took her right in and did everything to make her better! The staff is absolutely amazing, the Dr. is amazing! You can’t go wrong with this place! My sweet dog had some intense dental surgery, the team worked long and hard to do everything possible to make sure she was going to be ok, and heal the right way! We had to take our beloved Chloe there today and they were very helpful understanding and caring in a horrific time for us! We love our baby girl so much and it was extremely heart break to have to let her go! Honestly they we amazing in this time for us.. Thank you truly for all❤️
They took care of my Sally (18 yrs old) when it came time to make that most difficult decision u have to make as a per owner. Even sent me a card later!! So when we got new puppy I knew I had to go back to these guys they r wonderful with her they treat her and us like family!!
I cannot say enough good things about this group! Five years ago, I took my dog here after he managed to consume ibuprofen from my purse. Last night, we took our 12 week old kitten in after my boys accidentally squished him in the recliner. Both times, the staff took excellent care of our pets! They are friendly, responsible, and reasonably priced. Thank you, folks, for all that you do!
