RecommendedOur normal vet was out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday so we took our dog to VETSS... Everyone was so nice and helpful, the vet was very knowledgable. I would definitely take any of our animals back. VERY PLEASED!

RecommendedI live in Florida but was in Shenandoah, Va when my little senior Chihuahua, Char became unexpectedly very, very sick. We took her to VETSS. From the second we walked in, everyone there was fantastic. The first vet who treated Char was beyond wonderful. The vet who took over was also very caring and genuinely concerned about Char. My girlfriend Bambi has been in prelabor with mild contractions for almost 72 hours when we rushed her here. We have at least four pups and she is older for her first litter, and chunky. Our vet had told us to induce her, when it didn't work we got very worried. The methods he uses are outdated and we found out we could have killed everyone. RecommendedEvery time I have been up there these vets and their staff have always helped me, given me their honest opinions, kept within my budget while still doing everything possible and are always available just for questions or concerns. I have never seen such a loving and caring staff out of all the vet offices I have been to. From the vets to the vet techs to the receptionists, you could feel the sympathy they have for the poor animals. I would rather go to them than anyone else now.
