GREAT SERVICE. Actually knowledgeable about the products they sell and how they affect my dog's health. Anna took the time to ask me questions about my dog's diet and found an area of opportunity to improve her health. Since her recommendation I've seen a significant change in her coat and her behavior. I have NEVER received service as detailed as I do at Hollywood Feed. All pet store should take a page out of Hollywood Feeds training manual.

I have 6 dogs and a cat, so choosing a place to buy their food and treats is a big deal to me. I had shopped at Hollywood Feed for many years and then moved to a city that did not have one and chose to order from Chewy instead. I had the opportunity move back to Birmingham and was so excited to shop at Hollywood Feed again. However, it isn’t quite like I remembered it. Immaculate customer service! The moment I walked in, the cashier came from behind the counter to inquire if I needed assistance. I actually came for something specific and the woman knew exactly where it was located and was even able to give me recommendations. She was very pleasant and I will definitely be back!
