I have 6 dogs and a cat, so choosing a place to buy their food and treats is a big deal to me. I had shopped at Hollywood Feed for many years and then moved to a city that did not have one and chose to order from Chewy instead. I had the opportunity move back to Birmingham and was so excited to shop at Hollywood Feed again. However, it isn’t quite like I remembered it. Immaculate customer service! The moment I walked in, the cashier came from behind the counter to inquire if I needed assistance. I actually came for something specific and the woman knew exactly where it was located and was even able to give me recommendations. She was very pleasant and I will definitely be back!
