Customer service has somewhat declined in the store. Employees usually no longer offer to load my car when purchasing heavy bags of dog food and cat litter

I was traveling home to Alabama from MS and my dog needed a flea treatment ASAP. I Googled for the nearest HF and this one was the closest and when I entered the store I told them what I needed. I was greeted with a smile and I asked their opinions on what I needed to get the quickest results against the fleas. I followed their advice and they even had a Memorial Day coupon that they applied towards my purchase which was a total bonus. I paid $60 and some change for my purchase that was over $70 + and I was glad that coupon ... read more

Great service by very knowledgeable staff

This was my first experience with Hollywood Feed and it was so great! The cashier was very nice and explained the rewards program well. Plan on coming back!
