The Mountain Brook Hollywood Feed is staffed by wonderful, helpful people. And the free delivery service is extremely fast and accurate! (though less packaging would be nice - no need to put bags of pet food inside of unnecessary plastic bags)
I could easily telephone an order in but I make the trip across town to talk with Josh and browse/buy things.
