Dakota Thomas went way above and beyond in customer service to us. He is truly an asset to Hollywood Feed.
I called, asked for a couple of items, drove over and my order was waiting at the register. After a few words with the gentle man in the store he showed me a different product which was much better for my older dog. I am always grateful for the kindness of those who do more for their customers than ring it up and hand me a ticket. I'll go back there again and again!!
