Long-time customer of online pet supply vendors here. In wanting to find a local vendor and a comparable, hopefully better, grain-free dog food for our lab/pit mix, I visited HF for the first time. As soon as I entered, the manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. Once I selected a brand, he mentioned that they had one of the cleanest facilities he'd ever seen.
