It's been great since my first visit. Someone usually tells me something helpful I didn't know from the last visit. And they have been pretty knowledgeable on each thing I've asked them about.

I always have a positive experience in your stores. My only complaint is the fragrance diffusing system that you use is way over the top. Five minutes in your store and I smell like pumpkin spice for the rest of the day. Strong fragrances give me allergic rhinitis. Please cut back the deodorizer. Thanks!
