Had a great experience at the store my first time there on 1/30/26! It was the morning of a snowstorm in Raleigh and I took a chance that they were open and they were thank goodness! Needed some supplies for my pup and the store manager couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! I highly recommend the store instead of others in the area because of their personal and professional service and kindness.
Yesterday was our first time shopping at this Hollywood Feed location since moving a few months ago. We have been going to Chapel Hill but they were out of RAWTERNATIVE and we were in the area and fortunately happened upon this Raleigh area location. The woman who helped us was excellent, taking time to answer our questions in depth. Her level of knowledge was exemplary! She shows she is passionate about her job!…not something you see much these days. We will definitely continue shopping at Hollywood Feed for our 3 dogs.
Took advantage of sale on dog food and was looking for a new leash. Sales person was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and engaging.

Brandy was real good to me when I went in to get some dog shampoo for my dog she helped me out and brought me the best shampoo that was on yourself to help kill the fleas and stuff on my dog I recommend Brandy for the outstanding elected over award she went above and beyond the call of her duty Brandy is a wonderful person
