The girls at the Oxford Hollywood Feed are absolutely phenomenal! My puppy was spayed and I had a really hard time keeping her calm and relaxed so the girls went out of their way to spend roughly 30 minutes with me trying to find items to help. Each one of them goes above and beyond every time that we go into the store.

I came there since u all been in oxford ms and when it was time for me to get my credit I was told I didn't have any I knew that was not true found out one of your faithful employees was stealing people credit and I was one of the customers that got hit by the employees of the store, and also they went into the computer and taken out my phone number also..sick of dealing with thieves,I rather go to another store now and I went on Facebook and told people also about this ,alot of people who came to that store said they whe... read more

We went in to buy harness and short leash for new pup who has chewed through several leashes. The employee was helpful and helped us fit harness and choose leash. Her words,” If it doesn’t work, bring it back.” We left and went to PetSmart for catfood and litter. The new pup chewed through the new leash within 15 minutes. We returned to HF and showed employee. Obviously- it didn’t work. She was no help and made no offer to replace it. Disappointing to say the least!
