Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We truly understand how frustrating this situation must feel, and we take matters like this very seriously. Business response:
Clifton, we are so glad you love your experiences so much that you gave us 5-stars! We appreciate you being our valued customer! We hope to see you again soon!
We went in to buy harness and short leash for new pup who has chewed through several leashes. The employee was helpful and helped us fit harness and choose leash. Her words,” If it doesn’t work, bring it back.” We left and went to PetSmart for catfood and litter. The new pup chewed through the new leash within 15 minutes. We returned to HF and showed employee. Obviously- it didn’t work. She was no help and made no offer to replace it. Disappointing to say the least!
Business response:
Beth, thank you for taking the time to leave us your review! We always appreciate feedback from our customers as it helps us to learn and grow. Your two stars indicate we have room to improve. Both Hollywood Feed brand and Lupine brand harnesses and leashes have lifetime guarantees, no matter what. There is also the Hollywood Feed Promise: "If you don't love it or your pet doesn't love it, simply return it and we will gladly replace or refund it!" This is a fundamental principle for us! I am sorry for the difficulty you expe... read more
