Great customer service. Wish you would add coupons to customers frequent buyer accounts instead of emailing and my having to remember to take my iPad. Took a picture of the coupon with my phone in the past and they couldn't redeem. I just bought dog food a couple of days ago and today I get a coupon. Frustrating.
