Sometimes, customer service is amazing, sometimes it's terrible. I was at the store today and my hands were full with cat food as I walked towards the exit. An employee walked passed me, saw me with my hands full, and she didn't offer to help open the door for me.

Great customer service feels very personal we’ve been going for many years they even know the names of some of our pets very helpful accommodating kind efficient wouldn’t go anywhere else

Best customer service and greatest knowledge of any pet store I have ever visited. Suggested to my son in Dallas for his dog and Hollywood Feed is now his "go to " pet store as well!!
