I just got a new foster and one of your employees, Liz, was extremely informative and helpful in picking out chew toys he enjoyed and gave me great advice on how to get him to eat his new food.

I came in on July 20th feeling very insecure about my new puppy who is having a hard time adjusting. A very kind employee talked with me for several minutes about the tips, tricks, and products that work for her dog to be calm in the kennel. I do not know her name but she had ghosts on her face mask. My puppy has made improvements sleeping at night due to the crate divider, treats that she actually likes, and the employee's tip about leaving dirty socks in the kennel. Thank you!!
