I shop at the Ken Bowie store quite often. The whole staff is exceptional from Sophie to the new Gentlemen. I think his name is Andy, from all of the people that work at the Camp Bowie store for their helpfulness kindness. Understanding of my pets needs. I can’t imagine anyone shopping anywhere else with one hour free delivery how amazing and a staff that’s knowledgeable not like the other place that starts with a P which is crappy and don’t care about their customers. The store was clean, bright, well-stocked, smelled great (bonus!), and the employees were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We will definitely be going back, and will recommend to friends as well!
