The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Even last summer when they were without air conditioner for days they still remained their happy, helpful selves. Side note- I think it was ridiculous that management made them stay open without ac during those hot days!!! I was in there less than 10 minutes and felt like I was going to pass out.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful every time I have been into the store. My two year old daughter loves to go to the pet store and they are very patient with her and offer to help me take stuff out to the car with a toddler who would be so upset if she found out I went to the store without her. Thank you.
