It's always great. I do wish the inventory online matched what is actually in the store. Would save me a trip. But I doubt it's something that can be controlled accurately. Regardless, I love HF.

Always extremely friendly staff, the store is always clean and they are very knowledgeable. I only wish they had more toy options for dogs
