Tired of seeing the staff constantly changing at this location. From what I've heard from employees, they work too many hours in a day and don't get paid enough. And when you're out of stock here, they don't proactively offer to call other locations.

Service was good and my order was ready the same day. However, on the website it stated I was supposed to receive a free Trial-size bag of Primal Frozen Pronto with purchase of Primal freeze dried with curbside pickup only and I did not receive any and I purchased 3-24 oz bags of Primal!!

I cannot stand one of the girls that works there, so basicly I have quit shopping there. I do not know her name I don't care to know her name. I have expressed my concerns to the manager Victoria, whom I love. She said she would speak to her, but the only words I would ever want to be spoken to her is you're fired. The staff is not really fond of her either she makes everyone's life miserable. I have shopped at Hollywood Feed a lot, I I have six dogs. Now I buy my Fromms Koha and primal elsewhere. I have driven out of my ... read more

The staff makes a huge difference. I love the staff at this location especially the ones that use to work at little Elm Location.
