We no longer shop at this location due to the less than helpful manager that took over in the last 8-12 mths. While this is the closest location to us, we choose to drive to the Richardson location. He is always on the computer, doesn't welcome you in, or even look up when you enter the store, and is reluctant to be helpful with anything. This location used to be so good with great service and stellar employees.

Tired of seeing the staff constantly changing at this location. From what I've heard from employees, they work too many hours in a day and don't get paid enough. And when you're out of stock here, they don't proactively offer to call other locations.

Service was good and my order was ready the same day. However, on the website it stated I was supposed to receive a free Trial-size bag of Primal Frozen Pronto with purchase of Primal freeze dried with curbside pickup only and I did not receive any and I purchased 3-24 oz bags of Primal!!

I cannot stand one of the girls that works there, so basicly I have quit shopping there. I do not know her name I don't care to know her name. I have expressed my concerns to the manager Victoria, whom I love. She said she would speak to her, but the only words I would ever want to be spoken to her is you're fired. The staff is not really fond of her either she makes everyone's life miserable. I have shopped at Hollywood Feed a lot, I I have six dogs. Now I buy my Fromms Koha and primal elsewhere.
