Most importantly the staff are just super friendly, while they have about the widest range of pet food and pet toys I have ever seen. Our family added a 1yo rottweiler via a divorce, plus all my kids have wanted is a rottweiler for Christmas so everything has aligned. I wanted to support a business that seems more aligned to our local community rather than the big Petco et al. Friendly knowledgeable staff who were super helpful - Hollywood feed you have won me over and I'll be back.

the staff are super professional and friendly! they do their best to help you find what you need and have great deals and discounts for you! so happy i wont have to deal with petsmart 's grumpy staff and over priced products!
