Each time I go to this location I am more impressed with their customer service. We went in on Saturday and Nick even commented that Jane the Akita had just turned 14. I forgot my coupon and they had me to email it to them and they printed it out for me in the store. The products are excellent but nothing to compare with the service.

I'm afraid I've forgotten the name of the lady who helped us Sunday afternoon but she was very patient and helpful. The only other employee had just left due to illness so she was all alone and the store was quite busy. She remained unflustered and friendly with every client in the store.
