Great customer service. Let my dog sniff around to find things that were interesting to him. Appreciate the flexibility with the return policy. Place is a little pricey but I get it - you’re paying for quality. Plus, my dog is absolutely bullish about their treats and rawhides unlike anywhere else. Will continue to go back.

Visited the store immediately after picking up our new rescue dog. They were very helpful including treat samples, fitting a harness, and toy and feed choices. Very knowledgeable staff.
